At DeMellier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your handcrafted leather goods in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original dust bag and protective packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is in its original state.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our London studio, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
